Agricultural Application for WI

Each drone applies at an average rate of 80 gallons per hour. For large-scale jobs, we deploy a crew of drones and applicators to spray thousands of gallons in a single day. 

1. Product: We can adjust our droplet size between 50-500 microns. We tailor our application to the product for the best effect. 
2. Wind: We adjust flight height and route spacing for the most precise application. Our aerial applicators observe variables in present time for calculated adjustments.
3.  Flight Routes: Our GPS location is accurate to less than a half inch. In flight we maintain connection between multiple satellites. 
4. Consistency: Unlike other aircraft, our drones follow the topography of the earth limiting striping.  
5. Penetration: Our drone's propwash increases product penetration in mature crop canopies. 

As of 2024, Air Crop does not buy, sell or supply liquid product. We are strictly aerial applicators and apply product. Yes, we can mix and move product between jobs. We also have equipment to nurse off tender tanks. 

An individual drone spreads at an average rate of 1000 pounds per hour. For large-scale jobs, we deploy a crew of drones and applicators to spread multiple tons in a single day. 

1. Calibration: Prior to each application, product is manualy calibrated into our drone for pound rate per acre. Application width is visually tested and calibrated.
2. Consistency: Unlike other aircraft, our drones fly at a much slower pace and apply with cross paterns. Providing the most consistent aerial application on the market maintaining moisture balance in your field.
3. Timing: Standing crops and wet fields are not a problem. This is very important for cover crops in Wisconsin's short grow season. Plant cover crops before harvest or early spring. 

As of 2024, Air Crop does not buy, sell or supply granular product. We are strictly aerial applicators and apply product. Yes, we can move product between jobs. Air Crop applies granular between 0.5mm and 5mm in diameter.
